Peace Path in the Glebe

Jesus said: ‘Happy are those who work for peace;
God will call them his children!’
Matthew 5:9

The Peace Path in the Glebe was created by pupils from Duddingston Primary School and Parson’s Green Primary School along with Glebe volunteers and other workers.

All are welcome to visit the Peace Path and to make a commitment to live a life which promotes peace.

The Peace Path was officially opened in April 2019 by Tommy Sheppard mp.

The pebble mosaic tiles include symbols of peace.

We invite you to come and walk the Peace Path and to pray for world peace.

The path starts at the lochside in the Glebe, near the Thomson Tower, and winds upwards for 100 feet towards the Kirk.
